FIND ANSWERS OF THE SAME QUESTIONS

Why choose a portable spot cooler air conditioner for an outdoor event?

Portable spot cooler air conditioners are a necessity when hosting an outdoor tented event or cooling a spot. Why? Central air conditioning is a common solution for cooling buildings, it consumes a lot of energy and is very costly. However, if you use it for temporary on-site cooling, you are wasting money and energy. Instead, you should consider using a portable air conditioner.

Top 5 locations that need temporary air conditioning equipment?

Houses and buildings use central air conditioning systems to cool or heat the air. However, if you want to use this air cooling system to control the temperature for a short period of time, the cost can be too high. Here we have summarised the top 5 locations where temporary air conditioning units are needed, which are much more economical.

How do you configure air conditioning for an outdoor event for 100 guests?

We can create a 3D layout for you to help you plan your event specification size and air conditioning configuration. One tonne of cooling for every 12m2 to 16m2 of tent. For example, for a 20x30 tent (600 sqm) you will need 38 to 50 tonnes.

How do I check that the air conditioning unit is installed correctly?

The outdoor unit should be horizontal. This is important for the correct distribution of the oil in the dry lubrication unit. Secondly, the outdoor unit should have a solid base. There should be a power cut within 3 feet of the outdoor unit. Thirdly, the outdoor unit should be about a foot away from the house. This is to allow for proper circulation of air through the condensing unit. Without proper airflow, the unit will have a higher operating pressure and thus consume more electricity.

Common problems with assembled air conditioning systems?

1. The copper pipe connection between the indoor and outdoor units can easily break, which can lead to poor circulation
2. If you pack the exposed copper pipes incorrectly, there will be some pipes which can lead to clogging of the cooling system
3. if you do not vent the unit after assembly it can also lead to poor cooling and the risk of ice
4. If you add too much refrigerant, it can burn out the compressor. However, the cooling effect is very poor but too little is added.

How do I maintain my air conditioning unit in daily use?

1,To check if the fan, motor and other electrical equipment are in normal condition and bear heavy oil regularly, please check and adjust the tight fan V-belt regularly.
2,Clean the breakwater, heater and cooler regularly. And check or replace the nozzles (once every six months). One more thing is to clean the spray area water tank and water filter every fortnight
3. You should replace a filter when its resistance exceeds 0.15kPa (H20 15mm).
4. You should drain the water before using the heater and cooler. Clean the inner surface of the pipes chemically every two years
5. The panel frame and all metal parts should be de-rusted and painted once a year.
